Business operations of Atlantic Grupa are organised in six strategic business units ("SBU") and four strategic distribution units ("SDU"): SBU Beverages, SBU Coffee, SBU Snacks, SBU Savoury Spreads, SBU Sports and Functional Food, SBU Pharma and Personal Care, SDU Croatia, SDU Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia, SDU International Markets, SDU HoReCa, and the Russian market (MU Russia). Strategic corporate functions, divided into Corporate Affairs and Finance are organised centrally as strategic corporate support functions for the entire business operation.
