Lincoln International is a muli-local, multi-industry, integrated investment bank specialized in mid-market M&A. In 2011, we completed more than 100 M&A, capital raise, restructuring and other advisory transactions globally.

Multi-local:  Each of Lincoln International's global offices is staffed with senior bankers from that country who have deep contacts and expertise in completing transactions in that region.  We currently have offices in Chicago, Frankfurt, London, Paris, Vienna, Amsterdam, Madrid, New York, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Tokio and Moscow and are planning to expand our operations both through strengthening local teams and opening new offices.   

Multi-industry:  With approximately 180 M&A professionals, we have the resources to have deep industry expertise in multiple industries.

 
Integrated:  Lincoln International works as one global, integrated organization. By sharing employees, contacts and information resources across offices, we offer our clients a deep knowledge of the market dynamics and the ability to access key decision makers in the major global economies. Since 2006, approximately half of our M&A transactions have been cross-border, which is significantly higher than the overall market. The newly opened Moscow office is currently looking to significantly expand its team with corporate finance professionals Analyst up to VP level, preferably with previous mid-market M&A exposure.
